i love the familiar feeling of working somewhere long enough to walk into a room filled with industry folk and recognize half the faces staring back at you. as much as i cherish the challenge of starting new and find myself seeking out a fresh start as often as possible, i still appreciate this reminder that i’ve been somewhere long enough to establish a “reputation” for myself.
