with the storm brewing, i got the treat of adding an extra work from home day to my week. i'm so grateful for these commute free days. i find myself working longer hours and multi-tasking by cooking dinner and doing laundry while building proposals and preparing pitches.
the best part of all? lola and i get a little extra "us" time each week.

With my birthday fast approaching, friends, colleagues and even strangers can’t help but ask if I’m dreading the big 3-0. These endless inquiries have led me to reflect and try as I might I just can’t find any reason why I should cling for dear life to my 20’s.
Life is good. Hell…it’s better than good. Life is great and it’s only getting better from here.
