somewhere in the past couple of years, i transitioned from casually getting together with friends for no reason at all to comparing schedules and planning weeks in advance.
to be honest, it really annoys me.
i mean, how did i get so busy? i'm really not that popular, i swear.
today was a change of pace though. a girlfriend came into town and at the last minute a group of us gathered for breakfast. no planning, prepping or scrumptious spread this time. just five friends a dozen bagels, some coffee and oj.
it was a perfectly (un)planned saturday morning!
