i'm attending a two-day conference for work that started today with a presentation from the disneyland institute. the focus of the session was quality service and how to exceed expectations rather than simply meeting them.
typically, i dread having to sit in a ballroom for extended periods of time while someone talks at me but today was different. this was probably one of the best and most informative presentations i've ever attended.
i could tell i was inspired because i couldn't help but give mike a blow by blow over dinner!
