We planned to go to the beach for a picnic after work tonight. Sadly, when we got home it was super gloomy and a little chilly so we had to change our plans at the last minute.
Turns out, we had just as good a time with plan b.
With my birthday fast approaching, friends, colleagues and even strangers can’t help but ask if I’m dreading the big 3-0. These endless inquiries have led me to reflect and try as I might I just can’t find any reason why I should cling for dear life to my 20’s.
Life is good. Hell…it’s better than good. Life is great and it’s only getting better from here.
With inspiration from a friend, I am kicking off the next decade on a high note. Stay tuned as I start paying attention to the small but very significant reasons why life's been good to me...so far.
